If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.


Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words with the initial letter capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to The Zyra Wear Pvt. Ltd.

  • Goods refer to the garments, footwear, and accessories offered for sale on our Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Service refers to our Website.

  • Website refers to The Zyra Wear Pvt. Ltd., accessible from your website URL.

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.


Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party appointed by You, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.


Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The Goods were purchased within the last 7 days

  • The Goods are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact

  • The Goods are returned in their original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Items made to Your specifications or clearly personalized

  • Innerwear, lingerie, socks, or any item not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons once unsealed

  • Goods that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.


Sale Items

Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds, unless required under applicable law.


Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned Goods, a refund will be processed:

  • To the original payment method for prepaid orders

  • To your bank account for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

Refunds are not processed in cash. Paper cheques may be issued only in exceptional cases.

If the standard time-frame has passed and you have not received your refund, please contact your bank or payment provider for further assistance.


Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. Please send the returned items to the following address:

We are not responsible for Goods damaged or lost during return shipment. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured courier service. Refunds will not be issued without receipt of the returned Goods or valid proof of return delivery.


Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return once the product is received.

If the Goods were not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

At The Zyra Wear, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our return and exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. After this period, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • Returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Please note: Some items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Intimate wear & personal care products

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale/discounted items

  • Customized or made-to-order pieces

  • Accessories such as earrings or beauty products

Proof of Purchase
To process your return or exchange, you’ll need to provide the order confirmation email or receipt.

Refunds :

Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a quality check. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds :

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time for refunds to reflect).

  3. Reach out to your bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale items :

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges :

We only replace products if they are defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. If you’d like to exchange for the same product in a different size, email us at support@thezyrawear.com before sending the item back.

Gifts :

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of your return.

If the order wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued directly to the gift giver.

Shipping returns :

To return your product, please ship it to the address provided in your return approval email.

  • Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

  • The Zyra Wear is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
