At The Zyra Wear Pvt. Ltd., we take utmost care in delivering your products safely and in a timely manner. To ensure reliable service, we partner with reputed courier companies and logistics providers across India.
Delivery timelines are subject to factors beyond our control, including unforeseen weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, or operational delays from courier partners and transporters. All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by you at the time of checkout. Please allow 5 to 7 working days for your order to arrive.
Domestic Shipping (India)
The Zyra Wear Pvt. Ltd. offers free shipping across India on all products unless otherwise specified. We bear the cost of shipping, handling, and applicable local taxes. You are only required to pay the value of the ordered products.
We strive to ensure prompt delivery of domestic orders and aim to deliver most shipments within 48 to 72 hours* in major cities, depending on serviceability and courier availability.
International Shipping
The Zyra Wear Pvt. Ltd. ships products worldwide.
Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country once the shipment arrives. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are beyond our control.
Most international orders do not attract additional customs charges
If any customs duty or import tax is levied, the customer will be solely responsible for paying these charges
If the customer refuses to pay applicable customs duties or taxes, the shipment may be returned
In such cases, the customer will be liable for shipping charges and any refund will be processed after deducting shipping and handling costs
Cash on Delivery (COD) & Prepaid Orders
Prepaid Orders: Orders paid online via UPI, debit card, credit card, or net banking are processed on priority
Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available on select pin codes and may be subject to verification
COD orders may require confirmation via phone or email before dispatch
The Zyra Wear Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel COD orders if confirmation is not received
Order Processing & Dispatch
We make every effort to ship your order at the earliest:
Orders are usually processed within 72 hours of order confirmation
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days, depending on location
During sales, festive seasons, or promotional periods, processing and delivery times may be slightly extended
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS, email, or WhatsApp
You can track your shipment using the courier partner’s tracking link
Tracking information may take 24 hours to update after dispatch
Delivery Attempts & Failed Delivery
Courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts before marking an order as undelivered
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or customer unavailability, the order may be returned to origin
In case of return due to failed delivery, re-shipping charges may apply
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping and handling costs
Incorrect Address / Non-Acceptance
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details
The Zyra Wear Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses
If a customer refuses to accept delivery without valid reason, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount
